The Glutton cheese “Liverone” - “Il Liverone”

We use:
¸ One “Tomino” cheese for each person
¸ Two thin slices of speck for each “Tomino”
¸ Plum + Star Anise Jam I Liveri

We Do:
We open the “Tomino” and we put a little spoon of Jam Plum + Star Anise I Liveri inside it. We close it back and we cover it with two thin slices of speck. We put it in the oven for some minutes until the jam gets warm and touches the speck to exalt its flavour.
We serve it hot dripping the jam over the plate.
Jam Plum + Star Anise I Liveri particularly digestible, nutritious and rich of vitamins. With its spicy smell it improves the mood!

Sweet Ham

We use:
¸ Ham slices very seasoned not too thin
¸ Fresh bread
¸ Jam Peach + Chinnamon I Liveri

We do:
Spread the Jam Peach + Chinnamon I Liveri on the bread and put over it a slice of ham.
We serve as appetizer
Jam Peach + Chinnamon I Liveri is fantastic for an afternoon break with rice bread and barley
