| | | | |  | | My name is S C: I opened a craft lab, called I Liveri, in the center of Faenza in 2004. I Liveri products represent our own Italian tradition. I use natural, fresh fruit or vegetable and sugar, following the old recipes from my region, Emilia – Romagna, adding flavours I love, such as ginger, cinnamon, star anise, just to mention a few. I only use first quality fruit or vegetable, ripen on the tree and picked when matured. The fruit trees and vegetables do not undergo any chemical treatment. I never use fruits or vegetables stored in the refrigerator, that is why my jams and marmalades keep the real colour of fresh matured fruit. I Liveri production is a craft, I cook in traditional large pots on fire as my grandmothers used to do. I never use colorant, chemical additive, gelling agent, pectin, acidity regulator, emulsifier or preservatives. My production shows the deep knowledge and the love for traditions which will be maintained with a continuous renewal.
